Ray Maher

I moved to this parish in 1958 from St Patrick's, Toxteth, still a scouser at heart. I am 71 in July, a young 71 I might add. I have recently retired from the SVP after thirty years and I am now just an auxillary member. You will see me at the 8.30 a.m. Mass greeting people and handing out hymn books. I am also involved with the very successful Monday Club in the Parish Centre, bingo, day trips, outiings, etc., come and join us!

Before I retired I spent twenty years in the leisure business, Cinema, Bingo, Live Shows, The Beatles, Stones, etc and thiry years in Telecomms Logistics.

My three priorities in life being MY FAMILY - MY FAITH and LIVERPOOL FOOTBALL CLUB. I pray that I can make a worthwhile contribution to this new Parish Pastoral Development Group.
