Mary Dudley
Mary Dudley was born on 17th October 1938 and was the third of six children. She was educated at Marymount Convent and then to Notre Dame, Everton Valley, Liverpool. In 1956 she entered Notre Dame and made her first vows in 1958. Her final vows were taken in 1963 and she became known as Sr Margaret Mary.
She trained for catering in Glasgow and over the years cooked for the communities in Battersea; Ashdown, St Helen's and Parbold.
After Vatican II Sr Margaret Mary came to Liverpool and worked in the parishes of St Joseph's and St Sylvester's and is still there today.
