Fr Moses

Parish Project

FR MOSES

Fr Moses Aigba first came to St Alban's parish in 2004 to supply for two weeks while Fr David had his summer break. He made many friends in the parish and we were totally taken up by his tales of the village in Nigeria where he came from. He told us how they had no running water and the locals had to walk ten miles each way, every day, to collect water. It was their way of life but extremely hard for us to comprehend. So a group of parishioners, supported by the rest of the parish, together with our local Catholic Secondary School, St Mary's raised the money for a Bore Hole in the village.

The Bore hole is now in place. Please see attachments for details.
