AMBROSE NICHOLSON: was born on 7th December 1941, the fifth of seven children in the Parish of Cong, Co Mayo; He was ordained in All Hallows College, Dublin, on 14th June 1970; first Parish, St. Vincent's Altrincham to 1974; St. Mary's Madeley to 1983; Our Lady of Pity, Greasby to 1988; St Alban's to 1999; Christ Church, Heald Green to 2007; St Milburga's Church Stretton & St Walburgh's, Plowden 2007-date.
