Bishop Mark's Visit

The New Assistant Bishop of Shrewsbury, the Right Reverend Mark Davies, made his first official visit to St Alban's parish on the weekend of 7th-18th April 2010.

 Because of the volcanic ash, our Parish Priest, Fr David Long, was stranded in Singapore and so Bishop Mark celebrated all three masses, ably assisted by our very own Deacon Dave Morriss.

Everyone was pleased to meet Bishop Mark and welcomed him to the Diocese of Shrewsbury.
